Field Day 2014

The annual Field Day at St. Louis School is an SLS favorite. This year was no exception! The students worked in teams to finish relay activities, and to play various games. The event was enjoyed by the students and staff. Father Stirniman also participated when he hopped with a ball to the designated container. Mrs. Bouslog played the Hula Hoop relay and Mrs. Richards and Mrs. Terrando took part in tug of rope game. Thank you Mr. Roseberg for organizing the games.

First Grade ABC Countdown Days
The last quarter of the school year has been especially fun for our first grade students. They had a daily ABC countdown. The countdown started with A is for Awesome. The next day was B is for Bubbles, so the students blew bubbles. As of this posting, the students completed W is for water balloons. They invited the second graders and Kindergarteners to help them toss water balloons on a gorgeous outside day. This is one ABC countdown that the students won't easily forget! Thank you Mrs. Richards.
Pre-School Performance
Monday was the last day of school for our pre-school students. Family and friends were invited to attend a special program to honor the students. The students sang songs, received awards and enjoyed refreshments with their guests. It was a great way to end a wonderful school year.

We've Got Spirit, Yes We Do!!!!
During our Annual Spring Fling parents could view student work in the classrooms, and saw their student's Stop Motion Animations, Power Points, etc., in the Computer lab. But we added a new twist to the evening. We held our first teachers vs. students, students vs. students, alumni vs. students, and alumni vs. teachers volleyball games. No game is complete without the help of some cheerleaders so the teachers also provided spirited cheers to entertain and include the crowd. teacher players and cheerleaders were fashionably dressed in their tie dye shirts, socks and headbands.
St. Louis teachers definitely had S-P-I-R-I-T!
